Important Announcement: Implementation of Two-Step Verification for Enhanced Account Security
Dear valued members,
Effective March 25, 2024, We are dedicated to providing you with a secure banking experience at the Korean Catholic Church Credit Union. In line with this commitment, we are excited to announce an important update regarding the security of your online accounts.
We have introducing a two-step verification process for accessing your accounts online. This additional layer of security is designed to safeguard your financial information and protect against potential fraudulent activities.
How does the two-step verification process work?
Initial Login: When logging into your online banking account, you will first be prompted to enter your username and password as usual.
Verification Code: After entering your credentials, you will then be required to complete a second authentication step. This may involve receiving a verification code via text message or email, which you will need to enter to successfully access your account.
We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Therefore, we strongly advise you to set a unique password for each account and refrain from sharing this confidential information with anyone, including friends or family.
Your security is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of protection for your accounts. The implementation of the two-step verification process is just one of the many steps we are taking to enhance security measures and ensure the safety of your financial information.
